14:07:09 - Outline planning permission for Fletcher Way

Outline planning permission was granted by Dacorum Borough
Council on 14th July 2009 for much needed residential
accommodation for people with learning difficulties on land
at Fletcher Way in Hemel Hempstead. The planning application
was prepared and submitted by Vincent and Gorbing on behalf
of Hertfordshire County Council Adult Care Services Department.
The scheme provides six flats together with a sleepover flat
and communal accommodation to provide 24 hour on site care
and support.
