David Rixson

FRTPI

David joined Vincent and Gorbing in 1971 and
became a partner in 1979/director in 1985. He is
a fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute and
a Chartered Town Planner. 

With over 40 years practical experience, he has
advised on all aspects of planning and development.
David specialises in large scale projects, project
management, development planning and asset
value enhancement.
