Three Valleys Water/Veolia
Egham, Surrey

The Veolia project involved the conversion
of 2,100m² of existing offices on four floors
to water quality laboratories to serve the
entire Three Valleys Water area. The existing
buildings were re-planned, remodelled
and largely re-clad and extensions provided.
We had very specific requirements to unite
separate laboratories and units into a single
facility. Heavy servicing was inevitable
but the sustainable systems that were
incorporated help reduce carbon emissions.
