55 new affordable homes for Hightown Housing Association

Rossway Drive, Bushey. A Full Planning Application on behalf of Hightown Housing Association was submitted on Friday 20th October. The proposed development comprises 55 affordable homes with 32 two & three bed houses, and 23 one & two bed flats. It has been designed to overlook a new landscaped square that includes a children’s play area.

A looped cul-de-sac serves all the homes to facilitate the movement of refuse and other large vehicles. Every home will have a parking space and additional spaces will be provided for visitors.

Subject to a Planning Consent early next year, construction should start by January 2019 with the aim of the development being completed by Spring 2020.
