Our extensive residential design comprises both the public and private sectors. The practice places great emphasis on designing architecture of high quality, an approach which has resulted in many awards.
Many residential projects are mixed tenure in nature, with a provision of rented, intermediate rent and shared ownership homes, as well as open market units. Private sector residential design work ranges from the preparation of housing layouts to full planning application. In recent years, we also completed students and NHS staff accommodation.
