Vincent+Gorbing planners and architects are pleased to have worked jointly to submit an outline planning application on behalf of Trenport Investments Ltd for development comprising up to 58 new homes, community playing pitch and car park in Burham, Kent. The site is allocated for residential development in the emerging Tonbridge and Malling Local Plan after successful representations made by Vincent+Gorbing. The development will represent a sustainable extension to the existing village, contributing towards local market and affordable housing provision and community infrastructure. The development will also achieve a biodiversity net-gain on a greenfield site.
