Hatters Place, Luton

Vincent+Gorbing is delighted to announce that their project at Hatters Place Luton, has won the award for the Best High Volume New Housing Development Central Region at for the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2020

Working for Hightown Housing Associate and Jarvis Contracting, Vincent+Gorbing designed the scheme to complement the Victorian context of High Town, and features decorative brickwork using ‘Luton Greys’ with buffs and reds.

The project provides 49 affordable homes in the form of 31 two, three and four bedroom terraced houses and 18 one and two bedroom apartments.

The formal opening of the project in May 2019 was attended by local dignitaries, members of the delivery team and a selection of tenants who will benefit from the development.
