Vincent and Gorbing were commissioned by Chalkdene Developments to prepare and submit a planning application for Reserved Matters comprising layout, appearance and

landscaping in respect of a previous outline planning consent. Chalkdene Developments (LLP) is a partnership between Herts Living Ltd (owned by Hertfordshire County Council) and Community Solutions for Regeneration (Hertfordshire) Ltd (owned by Morgan Sindall Investments Ltd). The application was approved by the Development Management Committee of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. This development will provide 6 affordable homes and also make S106 contributions towards local facilities.
