Margaret House out for public consultation

Our proposals for the redevelopment of the site of the former Margaret House Care home in Abbots Langley are currently out for public consultation. Working for Hertfordshire County Council and Herts Living Ltd. we have looked at various options to redevelop the site for residential use. The scheme has undergone a two stage pre-application process taking into account theit feedback with regards to planning policy compliance and conservation area context.

The current proposals seek to provide 30 units in a mix of 3 bedroom houses and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with private outdoor amenity spaces for each dwelling, private rear gardens, shared communal gardens and public open space towards the High Street. Pedestrian and cycle connectivity between Parsonage Close and the High Street will also be greatly improved for everyone to enjoy.
