Oaklands Yard/ Marsh Close has been shortlisted for two Inside Housing Development Awards

We were thrilled to learn that our Oaklands project in Hoddesdon for B3Living  was shortlisted in this year’s Inside Housing Development Awards in the categories of ‘Best regeneration project 1-100 homes’ and ‘Best affordable housing project less than £20m’.

The development transformed a former builder’s yard into a new neighborhood of 60 much needed homes making full use of its riverside location.
