Albany Park, Frimley

Albany Park is an existing industrial area and the development is a speculative scheme for B1c / B2 / B8 units. The scheme involved ensuring there was sufficient information to preclude the need for pre-commencement conditions and ensure the site was able to be developed within the client’s timescales. Due to uncertainty of how planning committees would be able to operate as a result of Covid -19, Vincent and Gorbing submitted and had approved a Prior Approval for Demolition.
The redevelopment application was approved at Surrey Heath Borough Council’s first virtual Planning Committee.
