Planning permission granted for residential development in Cheshunt

Borough of Broxbourne granted Planning permission on 12 September 2018 to B3Living, the local housing association, for this residential development. The small infill scheme makes good use of a redundant garages site for affordable homes in the form of 8 two and three bedroom houses. Vincent and Gorbing architects worked on the scheme for B3Living over a period of several years, in consultation with Borough of Broxbourne, to find an acceptable solution for this difficult site. Construction is expected to start in the spring of 2019.
