Planning permission granted for 44 apartments in Hemel Hempstead
Dacorum Borough Council granted Planning permission on 12 October 2018 to Hightown, the local housing association, for this residential development. The change-of-use of this former commercial site to residential use, allows the provision of 44 new one and two bedroom apartments for social rent. The two blocks that overlook the central parking court will be clad with patterned buff coloured brickwork. Construction is expected to start in the spring of 2019.
