Havebury Housing Partnership wanted to create an office which would reinforce their own identity, one of openness, innovation and forward thinking; a high quality working environment for their staff, with a view to creating a building which was sustainable, energy conscious, enabling cost savings in the future.

Our design solution provided a passively ventilated office, within a total gross floor area of 1,456m2. The plan comprises a central glazed atrium, surrounded by two-storeys of open plan office space, with a flexible breakout area centrally located on the ground floor.

The general aesthetic of the interior is one of openness and light. This is reinforced by the glazed atrium, void, exposed steelwork and concrete structure.
