Preston Hill, Chesham

Vincent + Gorbing is pleased to have submitted a detailed planning application on behalf of Hightown Housing Association for a new affordable homes development in Chesham. The development is located at Preston Hill, off Nashleigh Hill, and comprises 13 houses and 50 apartments. The site is on the edge of the built-up area but enjoys views to the west over countryside. This well-landscaped sustainable development replaces a warehouse and offices to make good use of the brownfield site.
