Vincent and Gorbing was approached by Trenport Investments Ltd to obtain planning permission for a mixed use development on their land at Frognal Lane, Teynham.
Swale Borough Council had identified significant housing and employment needs and their draft Local Plan proposed the allocation of the land for a development which includes residential, employment and open space uses. Vincent and Gorbing produced and submitted a detailed planning application for the development of the land in accordance with the proposals identified in the draft Local Plan.
The successful application achieved permission for 300 new homes, over 26,000 sqm. of employment, a new sports ground and public open space.
