University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield

The brief was to remodel and alter existing office accommodation within three buildings of the University campus. The design concept was to achieve three open plan, light modern working spaces for the student admin staff which included breakout spaces, reception areas and open-plan kitchenettes to the offices.

The short programme was a challenge, there were 3 months between the initial site visit, and starting construction works on site in January, with Christmas between. The project started Nov 2019, and the scheduled completion is Easter 2020.
